This dish is a great help for all those parents who know how difficult it is to get kids to eat healthy, nutritious food--macaroni and cheese with a little more fun. Now kids can have a totally delicious meal and enjoy eating it too! This vegetarian product has no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, and is grown and processed without GMOs. It is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin B1, and folic acid and contains eight grams of whole grains per serving. This is sold in a pack of twelve 6-ounce boxes.

Ingredients: Tostada, Lettuce, Beans(freshly made, not from a can), Cheese(I used mozzarella), Sour Cream(low fat), Salsa(Again, freshly made).
Last night I had this for dinner but I added guacamole which makes it even tastier. Too bad my mom only gave me 3 avocados.
Nutrition: It's high in fiber and protein. Only about 400 calories and 3 grams of fat. Sodium should be low unless you use canned beans and salsa.
